Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will gather requirements from business organizations (via interviews, observations, surveys, etc.) and translate that into documented business and functional requirements. You will understand business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and take high-level requirements to a greater level of detail. You will need the ability to navigate and drive consensus across an organization’s executive, technical, and end-user teams. This role will have knowledge of a business and/or industry domain or package solution as well as understand and anticipate business priorities and align system implementation teams to business priorities. You will understand standard SDLC and should be flexible and willing to work across a delivery landscape which includes but is not limited to Agile applications development, support, and deployment. Sitecore Architect

As a Sitecore Architect, you will be responsible for leading, planning, and coordinating with project teams developing on Sitecore, and for orchestrating changes to the Sitecore platform. You will ensure high-quality solutions that meet the business needs and enable Capgemini teams to sustain as well as grow our presence through sound technology leadership. Specifically, as the Architect, you will understand and contribute to the Sitecore strategy for assigned accounts and ensure that all projects are appropriately attuned to the strategy, as well as facilitate implementations and assist with troubleshooting issues. Pega Lead System Architect

As a senior system architect, you will identify the tasks and responsibilities on a Pega implementation, create and extend a Pega application, and manage rules and rulesets. You will leverage the Enterprise Class Structure (ECS) to promote rule reuse between case types and applications and configure roles, access groups, and privileges. In addition, you will manage data access within an application, create wizards to configure a sequence of assignments, design applications for multiple device types and screen sizes, including mobile devices, and manage integration settings. SAP CX CPQ Technical Leader

The Technical Lead (TL) is a senior development/supervisory position. Your role will correspond to the Development Technical Team Leader (Team Lead) on projects. Supervising the day-to-day activity of the Development Team (back-end developers and/or front-end developers), you will function as a project team’s most senior applications engineer. This role will partner functionally within project teams, working under the direction of the Technical Architect (TA) and the Project Manager (PM). Your role will be involved in or will lead sprint planning, running daily scrums, performing code reviews, and communicating with team members on both progress and roadblocks. You will mentor, coach, and support the junior members of the development team while collaborating with project leadership (TA, PM, etc.). On projects of a smaller size and simple-to-intermediate complexity, you will be called upon to perform software development and platform configuration and will be expected and required to have and maintain the skills of a Senior Developer on the platform. Scrum Master

Your must have five years of experience as a Certified/Professional Scrum Master with expert knowledge in Agile methodologies such as SAFe, Kanban, Scrum, XP tools, etc. You will be experienced at promoting the values of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict management, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency. You must have exceptional interactive and collaboration skills along with experience in building high-performance teams. Knowledge of other Agile approaches such as XP, Kanban, FDD, TDD, SAFe, DAD, Nexus, LeSS, and scrum@scale are a plus but not a requirement. Knowledge of Agile technology practices such as DevOps, test-driven development, continuous integration, and AWS are also a plus, along with knowledge of collaboration tools such as JIRA and Rally. Salesforce Project Manager 

As a Salesforce Project Manager, you are a key member of our delivery organization in the US. In addition to being responsible for project management, you will work directly with the project team and clients gathering requirements to analyze, design, and/or implement technology best-practice business changes. This role will work with senior members of the team ensuring the successful delivery of a Salesforce.com implementation. You should have solid functional and/or industry knowledge, as well as know Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Android Developer

The Android Developer will build and define the API contacts between applications and middleware systems, and handle REST calls, JSON parsing and construction, and UI implementation from specifications. In addition, you will troubleshoot HTTP traffic to and from devices and manage issues in an application given the requirements, stack traces, and source code. You will perform application analysis and derive suggestions for application improvement, performance management, and tech debt management.
