– How do you feel in the morning getting up and going to work at Capgemini?

It is such an invigorating feeling every morning to be able to go out and work with different clients on exciting challenges, solve complex issues, and drive transformational projects. It’s incredible.

– What do you love about being an Enterprise Architect?

I love the variety of the things that I do during the day – it makes this job so unique. I also love having the ability to learn new skills every day.

– How does Capgemini empower you to master your skills as an Enterprise Architect?

Three different aspects stand out for me: the level of freedom and trust that I receive is incredible. I can apply my knowledge, skills, and creativity to the best of my ability.  Besides, we have experts and skilled people everywhere that are easy to get in touch with if I have questions or need some help. It is such a good feeling that you have a team that you can depend on if you get stuck. And last, right from the start, I received solid training and upskilling every step of the way to develop my business and personal skills.

– How does Capgemini help support a sense of purpose in your career?

The company and my colleagues have always provided me with the opportunity to develop in a supportive and sometimes challenging manner. Various roles and mentors around the globe have helped me ask the right questions and look for the answers in the right places. They also helped me find the right project challenges, overcome adversity, and realize my strengths and development needs.

– How does Capgemini give you the autonomy to make decisions?

The amount of trust that you receive from your colleagues is amazing. They trust that you do your best and that you get the job done as a team player. This enables you to make decisions, even if they are tougher than the normal day-to-day ones.

– What do you love about the way of working at Capgemini?

The variety, the commitment, and getting things done as a team. It’s just amazing what you can achieve with global and local colleagues all working towards the same goals.

– How does this all combine for you to have passion for what you do?

Passion for the things we do is the Alpha and Omega, the start and the finish, of our professional and personal goals. assion gives you the drive and supports others when things get tough. And, it is such a boost when you overcome obstacles when you solve complexities, and when things work out in the end – this is the reason why I love working with my Capgemini colleagues.

– What was the most memorable moment in your Capgemini journey?

I have had many moments in my career with Capgemini so far that I wouldn’t want to miss – most importantly, I have met so many friends and wonderful people that are part of who I am now and my journey going forward.
