Improving the value of wearables

  • We helped industrial wearables manufacturer ProGlove improve performance and cut motion waste with a mobile prototype PoC that tested alternative uses of its scanning glove in different scenarios, effectively providing a mobile showcase of the advantages of these applications.

Smoothing the path to purchase with chatbots

  • A mobile operator wanted to make digital self-service easier for prepaid customers. We iterated the existing solution with a chatbot prototype that smoothed the customer journey, cut bounce rates and ultimately boosted credit top-up purchases.
