Our client based in Canada, is the world leader in the design, production and marketing of
active magnetic bearings and high-speed motors. This solution, applied to rotating machinery,
is mainly used in the extraction, transport and storage of natural gas, industrial air conditioners,
wastewater treatment and semiconductor manufacturing markets.
Within the Quality department, directly linked to the Quality Manager, we are looking for a
consultant for a mission of:
Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer Electronics – Mechatronics
Its main mission is to ensure the quality of the products sub-contracted and purchased from the
Design to the After-sales products life cycle.
Its main activities:
Project Quality :
o Analyze the project quality requirements and describe the provisions to be implemented at
the suppliers,
o Accompany the project manager to identify the risks relating to the supplies.
o Represent supplier quality in the project team,
o Ensure supplier quality deliverables according to the project schedule.
o Prevent/Assist the project manager and the development teams on the milestones,
deliverables, objectives and results of the supply development activities, based on feedback and
factual and argued risks and engage the escalation process when necessary.
o Ensure the follow up with the supplier on quality milestones and inform the project team in
the event of deviation.
o Define and manage the validation of purchased products and outsourced activities in
project mode
o Manage acceptance audits at suppliers and pronounce the validation of supplies
o Deploy and ensure the intermediate and final robustness of the PPAP file (including the
validation of the First Article Inspection) and adjust the level of product control at reception.
Production Quality:
o Perform audits by measuring process and documentary deviations from the validated PPAP
file and ensure the implementation of associated action plans, their relevance and their
o Formalize complaints to suppliers and ensure the effectiveness of the corrective actions
o Manage change requests (product / process) and waiver requests with suppliers.
Continuous improvement:
o Evaluate supplier performance and propose improvement actions.
o Manage progress plans with key suppliers.
o Promote and support the continuous improvement process within the department.
His profile:
Trained as an Electronic Engineer, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the
electronics industry with Quality skills A Mechatronics experience is also an opportunity for
oining our team.
You are experienced in the use of quality tools applied to problem solving, project management
(functional analysis, FMEA, control plan, etc.), parts validation (PPAP), you have already practiced
audits, and ideally piloted 6 sigma projects

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
