Job Responsibilities
- DevOps Engineer responsible for DevOps process flow continuous integration and continuous delivery process for cloud native application and traditional IT applications using tools like IBM Urbancode
- Deploy Subversion CloudBees Jenkins Bitbucket GIT and Nexus Essential Responsibilities Developing and maintaining CI CD process for cloud and on prem applications using tools like Git Nexus Jenkins Maven Gradle IBM Urban code deploy uDeploy etc
- Deploying automating maintaining releases for Cloud and Traditional application using release change management process
- Ensure security and adherence to release change management process for production releases Administration
- Deployment Automation and management of Jenkins Communication with users to gather release requirements and analyze address issues System troubleshooting and problem solving across platform and application domains
- Suggesting pipeline improvements recommending process improvements
- Evaluate new technology options and vendor products for devops capabilities
- Qualifications Requirements Bachelor s Degree in any engineering discipline with 8 years of IT experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Creation Integration and Administration of CI CD pipeline using IBM Urbancode Deploy Subversion CloudBees Jenkins Bitbucket GIT and Nexus
- Must have extensive knowledge of release change management process
- Experienced or Awareness with Scrum and Agile methodologies with geographically distributed teams Solid experience as a DevOps Engineer including automation experience with configuration management tools
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex infrastructure resource and application deployment issues Primary Skills DevOps Jenkins Bitbucket
- Secondary Skills AWS
