@CapgeminiNA is proud to celebrating #IWD2018, marking the 101st year commemorating the movement for women’s rights. We are excited to be part of #PressforProgress working towards global gender parity. @Capgemini has been and is committed to making positive gains year over year around celebrating women in the workplace, helping them grow their careers and developing support around women in the workplace. By partnering with our clients and our business partners, we are excited to be on the cusp of the growing global movement of advocacy, activism and support for women.

Our Capgemini Women LEAD program in North America has been the catalyst to such transformation. Some examples of this in 2017 include:

  • Women’s Leadership Development Program focused on growing and enabling our high profile women
  • Lean In circles/communities to engage in the Sheryl Sandberg conversation around ‘Leaning In’
  • Collaborative client events around Women’s initiatives
  • Launching our Women in Digital events hosted in 2017 in Chicago, San Francisco and NYC (more to come in 2018!)

Now, more than ever, there’s a strong call-to-action to press forward and progress gender parity. A strong call to #PressforProgress. A strong call to motivate and unite friends, colleagues and whole communities to think, act and be gender inclusive.

International Women’s Day is not country, group or organization specific. The day belongs to all groups collectively everywhere. So join @CapgeminiNA together, let’s all be tenacious in accelerating gender parity. Collectively, let’s all Press for Progress and celebrate #IWD2018.
