Your Mission 

As an HR Professional of the HRBP team, you will be in charge of all the initiatives related with the retention of our employees and the improvement of the satisfaction and engagement.


Your role


  • Act as a strategic partner between Human Resources and the business;
  • Onboarding process and monitoring of employees;
  • Develop and implement the improvement of new policies, standards and procedures;
  • Analyze and develop indicators within HR and the business;
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or similar;
  • Minimum of 2/3 years of experience in similar functions
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, KPI’s Reports
  • Fluent in English;
  • Knowledge of the IT market & trends (plus);
  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
  • Ability to build trust and credibility at all levels, and to be seen as a trusted partner to the business; 
  • Belief in their personal ability to make a difference to the business, and belief in the value of the HR function to a busines.
