– What’s the best thing about working at Capgemini?

Working for Capgemini Engineering provides many opportunities to me! In fact it means that I am working for the global leader for Engineering R & D services.

– What makes you proud to work at Capgemini?

In the first instance, I collaborate with the biggest innovators, for example, key players in the automotive industry. I get to see what their perspective for the future is, what they are working on and actively bring in my expertise to support them in shaping the future of mobility with them…

At the moment, my team and I develop new systems for the digital cockpit of cars to increase passenger experience. In the end, it makes me proud to see whenever a new product has been integrated in the car and has been launched.

– How are you working towards the future you want?

I started 7 years ago as junior consultant and since then I have been working for many international clients of various industries. This really helped me in leveraging my skills in many technologies and enabled me and to build knowledge across many different areas, giving me the chance to shape the career I want. Now I have become a leader, and it is important to me to share my expertise with my team, guide them in a good way and make them grow and enable them to get the future they want.

– How would you like others to see you?

When all is said and done, I want to be recognized as an example by the people who work with me. The fact that the effort I put in is regularly recognized is what keeps me here. It’s really rewarding being able to grow my technical expertise and being recognized at both the personal and team level.
