Our team members are fully supported in their transition to a hybrid way of working, notably through:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Company-provided equipment<\/strong>, such as ergonomic chairs and monitors to ensure colleagues working from home do so safely and comfortably<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>New working practices&nbsp;<\/strong>to encourage social interaction and strengthen relationships in the new normal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Guidance and training&nbsp;<\/strong>to support well-being, notably through a global platform, for a healthy work-life balance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/us-en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2021\/10\/Connecting_Across_Cultures.jpg?w=300\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-537893\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>We use an employee feedback tool to take the pulse of how our people are feeling and to understand what is important to them wherever in the world they\u2019re working.
