The company chose SAP S\/4HANA as it provides a scalable and flexible integrated solution to handle the complexities of diverse activities, functions and geographies and the full scope of its business transformation project. Implementing SAP S\/4HANA is the first step for Imerys to become an Intelligent Enterprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the first phase of the project, spanning 15 months, a joint balanced collaborative team including Capgemini experts and Imerys managers from various businesses and IT departments across the group, will work together to design this new platform that will be implemented by Capgemini<a href=\"#_ftn1\">[1]<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Commenting on the collaboration, Pierre Boissonnade, Group Chief Information Officer and Transformation VP at Imerys, said: \u201c<em>This program is key for the acceleration of our digital transformation.
