Online collaboration enables people to share knowledge and ideas regardless of rank, title, or experience.  <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s a way for us to take part in conversations around the work we do at Capgemini and show our expertise in these areas. While this digital interaction brings huge benefits, it also comes with certain risks and responsibilities. As a result, we have developed this code of conduct to ensure your interactions are safe, positive, and truly representative of the Capgemini brand. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This policy applies to all employees of the Capgemini Group and must be implemented by all Group companies.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-cg-blocks-column-text column-text-block is-style-default\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12\"><div class=\"column-text\"><h3 class=\"column-title caps-text\"><strong>Three guiding principles<\/strong><\/h3><h5 class=\"column-subtitle\">We have established three principles that should guide all of us in every interaction online.<\/h5><div class=\"inner-column-text\"><div class=\"col-12 col-md-4 column-outer\"><div class=\"column-wrapper\"><h5 class=\"jest-column1text\"><strong>1. GET ENGAGED:\u00a0Act as a role model<\/strong><br><br>We encourage our employees to make the most of the opportunities offered by social media to demonstrate leadership, champion our capabilities, humanize our business and celebrate success.<\/h5><\/div><\/div><div class=\"col-12 col-md-4 column-outer\"><div class=\"column-wrapper\"><h5 class=\"jest-column2text\"><strong>2. GET THE BASICS RIGHT:\u00a0Safeguard your account and our network<\/strong><br><br>We apply the same rules of personal behaviour online as we do offline. All employees must comply with the law, behave ethically, and prioritise information security. You must never forget that your online behaviour reflects both you and the business; your social posts are permanent.<\/h5><\/div><\/div><div class=\"col-12 col-md-4 column-outer\"><div class=\"column-wrapper\"><h5 class=\"jest-column3text\"><strong>3. PROT<strong>ECT THE BUSINESS:\u00a0Think, before you post<\/strong><\/strong><br><br>While we encourage employees to celebrate our successes and champion our capabilities, we must not give away commercially sensitive information: always protect clients\u2019, the Group\u2019s, and suppliers\u2019 confidential and other proprietary information.<\/h5><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-cg-blocks-group undefined section section--article-content\"><div class=\"article-main-content\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12 col-md-11 col-lg-10 offset-md-1 offset-lg-1\"><div class=\"article-text article-quote-text\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The principles are underpinned by 10 requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Don\u2019t share client information.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Never share information around clients that is not in the public domain (e.g. already in a press release) including the names of clients or client employees, commercial information relating to a client\u2019s activities, or anything else that could be used to identify a client without express written permission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only share information that is already in the public domain<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Always protect clients\u2019, the Group\u2019s, and suppliers\u2019 confidential and proprietary information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This is a contractual and legal requirement; breaches are subject to significant fines and the possibility of criminal prosecution.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Protect your colleagues.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do not share detailed information about team members\u2019 individual roles or contributions to specific projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not share colleagues\u2019 personal data, including their picture, without their permission.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Know the rules.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You are responsible for what you publish.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Read, understand, and follow the company\u2019s Code of Business Ethics, Data Protection Policy, and the Group Cybersecurity requirements, outlined in the Acceptable Use Policy, as well as the Competition Laws Policy.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Be secure.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use a secure password, update it regularly, and never share your login information with anyone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not use your corporate email address to create personal social media accounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Never publish images of your company computer screen, security pass, or other identifiable security features.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Observe copyright law.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pictures, videos, copy, and other content owned by others must not be used for our own commercial benefit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not post links to other websites, posts or pages without first checking that such sharing is authorized and that the content is lawful.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Be respectful.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Never publish material that is obscene, racist, sexist, pornographic, sexually exploitative, or in any other way discriminatory, threatening or harassing, personally offensive, defamatory, or illegal.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Be transparent.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do disclose your association with Capgemini when discussing Capgemini matters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Always be honest about your role and position within the company; do not overstate your seniority and therefore authority.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only authorized company spokespeople may represent Capgemini\u2019s official positions online; be clear that you are expressing your own views and not those of the business.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Don\u2019t criticize<\/strong>.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do not say anything disparaging about our business partners, competitors or colleagues.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Be constructive.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use social media to build relationships and share insights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By all means, engage in healthy debate \u2013 but always respect the views of others, especially on topics of race, religion, politics, and gender.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10. Think before you post.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>However informal, content published online is shareable and searchable forever; even private posts can be copied and shared, potentially ending up in international media.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Always assume that any personal social media activity can be linked by someone to your professional profile and therefore your employer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If in doubt, ask your manager or local HR representative before you post.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<section
