Working with Capgemini, the state implemented the MSI model which delivers automatized IT monitoring and management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now the Department of Information Resources has a single view across servers, operating systems, network equipment, middleware, and applications. All of this means that the DIR can serve its stakeholders better.
