This video captures the collaborative visioning that resulted from the two-day Future Value Chain Design Shop in Capgemini’s Accelerated Solutions Environment (ASE) in London, 17th – 18th March, 2015. The ASE provided input for the findings outlined in the Rethinking the Value Chain report. The report outlines how retail and CPG companies need to organize and the strategic priorities they will need to focus on to ensure they are meeting their consumers’ expectations as well as setting up for long-term growth and competitive advantage. The report is a collaborative effort between Capgemini and The Consumer Goods Forum and based on extensive workshops and interviews with industry stakeholders.
