Today, our commitment to diversity and inclusion is stronger than ever.
With 270,000 employees in over 50 countries representing 120 nationalities, Capgemini is proud of its wide cultural diversity. We regularly review our recruitment and working practices to identify the steps we need to take to continue attracting and retaining the most diverse workforce possible.
In North America, strengthening our diversity and promoting a more inclusive culture is a top business priority, as we recognize the ability to move us forward in a competitive market that is increasingly culturally and globally diverse. Capgemini’s inclusive culture ensures our teams thrive collaboratively and push new boundaries with bold, creative thinking. The many facets to our inclusion efforts support our endeavor to make this a great place to work for all of our colleagues.
Employee Resource Groups
In North America, we have 11 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Our ERGs are voluntary, employee-led centers of excellence for development, retention, engagement, recruiting and knowledge sharing. Collectively, they bring different perspectives with a focus on fostering diversity and inclusion. Over 15 percent of employees are in one or more ERG.
