Capgemini is seeking a:
- Scrum Master who is an ardent user of Agile methodology
- Lead the scrum team in using agile methodology and scrum practices
Required Qualifications:
- 6 to 9 years of experience in Scrum Master using Agile methodologies
- 1 to 3 Years Developer Software Engineer experience
- Helping the product Owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
- Lead the Scrum and development teams
- Remove Impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
- Experience with successfully Agile techniques
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Test case management tools like HP ALM JIRA
- Strong functional programming in Python Oops concept in Python
- Strong knowledge of Data structures and algorithms with Python Pandas library Numpy basics
- Database Integration with Python
- Communicate with stakeholders and able to manage and ensure delivery on time
- Good to have Unix command knowledge
