Solution Analyst or Business Analyst This job profiles provides a broad overview of the Job Category Solution Architecture and is not intended to exhaustively describe the job We are seeking candidates with Business Analysis or Solution Analyst expertise in the payments domain The Tech Solution Analyst Business Analyst is accountable to work with the portfolio and platform architects tech lead and engineers to the define the detailed solution design incl story decomposition for stories in backlog and to work with tech and business stakeholders across the organization to identify prioritize and document business requirements including clear and testable user stories This role requires knowledge of US payments clearing systems such as Fedwire CHIPS RTP and ACH Knowledge of ISO20022 message formats and the industry integration is required The role will carry out some or all of the following activities Accountable for ensuring the products and services area supported by the right solution to meet the customer needs Accountable for ensuring the design of the product solutions are cost effective and maintained through the agile development lifecycle Managing the flow of the backlog of design activities Coordinating across lines of business tech an and business stakeholders to identify prioritize and document business requirements including clear and testable user stories Working with ops engineers to ensure operation issues performance operating intervention alerting design defined related issues etc are resolved and that any design related issues are addressed in a timely manner Convert requirements into actional able product service requirements that feed tech solutions development and influence service direction Responsible for ensuring solutions are aligned with the platform architecture and roadmap group standards and policies and the overall enterprise architecture for their function Payments domain knowledge is a must knowledge on Finastra GPP Fusion product will be a plus Minimum of 10 years of experience in the payments domain working on tech architecture soluttioning or with experience in business analysis which may include serving as an operation or business subject matter expert
