Lead a team of digital experience data and advanced analytics across sales service marketing and customer experience functions

1 Develop strategy leveraging audience data customer insights omni channel experience data capture and activation strategies reporting analytical projects and research

2 Play a leading role in strategy and creating experience strategy offers using data and advance analytics

3 Work with customers to advise them on data driven experience strategies

a Help clients think holistically and drive maturity for how data and technology can best support digital experience across sales service and marketing

b Design digital strategies inclusive of data capture and activation workflow across the customer journey media client owned properties e commerce e retail social media CRM loyalty and offline

c Craft and optimize development and implementation of audience curation and management for data driven experience

d Help clients think holistically and drive maturity for how data and technology can best support their experience goals

e Dig deep into data to reveal performance trends and unlock new opportunities for improvement through recommended enhancements and plans

4 Be viewed as a trusted partner and advisor to internal teams and clients alike by providing solutions building business cases and drawing upon the full scope of strategic and analytic consulting expertise data and technology capabilities to solve client business challenges

5 Superior grasp of Key consulting data digital and audience strategy frameworks Financial analysis and business case concepts

6 Strong business acumen and understanding of financial services
