Key Responsibilities of a Senior Consultant

  • Mentoring consultants/associate consultants and motivating a successful team behavior
  • Assessing clients' problems critically, structuring analyses, applying analytical frameworks, and conceptualizing strategy development
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of industry landscape and trends
  • Applying methodologies to deliver exceptional results carefully tailored to customer needs
  • Supporting internal practice development and business development activities
  • Collaborating with team and clients to define long-term vision, goals, and strategies
  • Demonstrating strong consulting and advisory skillset including analytical capabilities, ability to synthesize content and translate it into sound recommendations and deliverables
  • Leading or being a team member of Workforce & Organization transformation projects with large client organizations
  • Simplifying and bringing clarity to challenging situations, models, and issues to create structured actions and recommendations
  • Testing and presenting insights and recommendations to clients
  • Demonstrating ability to drive blended teams of management consultants, junior team members, technology, data analysts, and implementation specialists to deliver according to plan (scope, quality, and schedule)
  • Mentoring and coaching others to deliver quality results and promote others' professional development
  • Mastering of PowerPoint, Excel, and new forms of delivery

 

Required Background:

  • Academic or professional experience that relates to one of our Sector/Capability Practices
  • MBA, relevant Master’s degree, or 3-5+ years of relevant experience
