Role Description: Lead and Manage Projects/engagements along with hands on experience on latest technologies like S/4 HANA on-premise and Cloud products. Will be responsible for successful delivery of the project/service to our client, ensure quality and timely delivery through the project cycle. Own technical skill sets to get going from day one of the project or assist other accounts in crisis situations. Should be able to train, mentor and guide other team members. Should exhibit thought leadership to support the growth of the Capability. Strong knowledge on Pre-sales cycle and estimation methodologies.
Skills set required:
•Hands-on experience on S/4 Migration/conversions, S/4 Green Field Implementations, S/4 Cloud implementation or support, SAP Upgrades using SUM and migration to HANA using DMO, Cloud Migrations (atleast 2 of these )
•General SAP Administration, Activity Planning, SAP Refresh, System Maintenance, SAP System decommission, Space utilization & Management, SAP Patching and SAP Notes Application, High availability, and disaster recovery including database management at least HANA database and one non-HA DB expertise.
•Understanding/designing complex SAP Landscape, involving multiple New Dimension products.
•Strong understanding of one of the hyperscalers and running SAP on a hyperscaler (AWS, AZURE, GCP)
•Well versed with ITIL and Project Life Cycle concepts
•Experience with Pre-Sales and effort estimation is a must, should be able to construct the solution required for successful delivery.
•Strong presentation and client engagement skills.
•Should be able to Lead and manage large teams. Understand team motivation and be a role model to the team.
•Strong understanding of SAP Security concepts and should be able to articulate the design and implementation methodology.
•Strong understanding of SAP GRC including GRC AC and PC modules.
•Professional certification (preferred SAP S/4 Certified )
•10+ Years plus of work experience on SAP Basis Administration / Projects
•Cloud Certification (AWS, Azure, GCP)
•Agile Certified or at least understanding and experience working in Agile projects.
•Project management experience, if certified in project management is a value add.
•Should have strong skills on project planning and scoping
•Should have Strong skills on technical and Solution Architecture"
Applications Consultants have expertise in a specific technology environment. They are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of client-specific package based solutions (e.g. SAP, ORACLE). These roles also require functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.
Required Skills and Experience:
You are an expert in one or more business processes and technology practices and are accountable for translating a business case into a detailed technical design. Alternatively, you are responsible for operational and technical issues and translate technical blueprints into requirements and specifications. You may also be responsible for integration testing and user acceptance testing. You act as a stream lead, guiding team members by experience. You are seen as active member within technology communities.
• Qualification: 7 – 10 (3 years min relevant experience in the role), Bachelor’s Degree.
• Certification: SE level 1 and seeking level 2.
• Must have experience in Package Configuration.
• Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management.
