066857 – Senior Manager (Business Intelligence 030)

Duties:  Define the architecture, design solutions, & develop test & implementation of Business Intelligence & software applications; conduct the delivery of QA activities primarily within Datawarehouse/Business Intelligence, Risk, Audit & Telecommunication domains for Capgemini’s client; ensure the projects are delivered on time with expected quality; responsible for reviewing the requirements with business and helping in the requirement finalization for the new projects, creating the QA estimates, creating the Test Strategy Documents, creating Test Plan Documents; help the team in test design and scripting; review the work of the team; monitor the test execution and enable team to overcome blockers; help in defects triaging, overall governance and reporting; complete the project leading to signoff; and support the management in QA process improvement initiatives by helping analyze the projects data and finding improvement areas, define new process, implement new tools and templates to drive change.

Requirements: Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a related occupation, or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field and three years of work experience in job offered or three years of work experience in a related occupation. Experience must include one year of experience with each of the following:

  1. IT Service Delivery Management experience;
  2. Project/Program Management and Solution Design & Implementation experience;
  3. Experience managing Software Testing Engagement in offshore/onshore working model, overseeing transformation projects;
  4. Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)/Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC);
  5. Experience with industry leading Software and Testing Process including CMMI and TMMI;
  6. Experience in Business Analytics and Artificial Intelligence, using tools including Teradata, Informatica, Power BI, Tableau, and MS Cognitive Services;
  7. Experience with Operating systems (Unix, Windows);
  8. Experience with Databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server);
  9. Experience in Software QA role involving test requirement analysis, creating test estimates, test strategy, test plan, test design, test report and other testing related artifacts;
  10. Experience in test execution, bug/defect lifecycle management; and
  11. Monitoring teams and reviewing team’s work throughout all stages of Software Testing lifecycle.

Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
