Duties: Define the architecture, design solutions, & develop test & implementation of Business Intelligence & software applications monitor and control delivery of Service Level Agreements and Key Measures for portfolio of customer applications across customer business lines; establish governance structure with team members and customers and ensure that periodic service/project reviews are conducted and critical issues are reported/addressed; identify and manage risks/issues along with mitigation plans; drive customer satisfaction across services and projects; work with client executives on areas of improvements; drive improvements; allocate project team members on tasks; develop schedules; assign individual responsibilities; create and share project status report regularly; manage customer communication, expectations, escalations and demand; review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness; define the architecture, design solutions, & develop test & implementation of applications; provide architecture decisions; manage the migration and adaption process; and estimate first level, plan, and monitor/re-plan resources/activities.
Requirements: Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field, and three years of work experience in job offered or three years of work experience in a related occupation. Experience must include one year of experience with each of the following:
- Project Management experience including experience with project methodologies and phases including: project planning, requirements, delivery, testing, release and go live support;
- Experience in architecting and designing technical solutions for Microsoft-centric cloud solutions based on industry standards using Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS capabilities;
- Experience in IT methodologies and life cycles;
- Experience with SharePoint online, Power Platform and PowerShell scripting;
- Experience with SharePoint migration, Metalogix tool, SharePoint designer and InfoPath designer;
- Experience with Agile scrum methodology; and
- Experience with the following: .Net, Agile, and PowerApps.
Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
