Duties: Responsible for software design & development using Microsoft-based corporate environment; work closely with business analyst/ process SMEs in gathering and understanding requirements; participate in the Systems Development Life Cycle phases, including Requirements gathering, Analysis, Design, Development and Testing of application developed using Agile Methodology; design, develop and/or re-engineer application components, and integrate software packages, programs, and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms; convert the requirements into solution by understanding the feasibility of the process and limitation of the process automation tool; create reliable and sustainable bots with the selected tool set (Automation Anywhere, UI Path, Blue Prism etc…); drive the strategic and tactical roll-out of the solution to development team by creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios; monitor production performance and make necessary adjustments to maximize robot uptime and utilization; and integrate Artificial Intelligence and machine learning with bots to add cognitive capabilities to them.
Requirements: Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field; and two years of work experience in job offered or two years of work experience in a related occupation. Experience must include one year of experience with each of the following:
- Experience with one RPA technologies: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism;
- Experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence;
- Experience in building metabots;
- Experience in Java, Java/VB script, and C#;
- Experience in ETL tools including: Tableau, MSSQL, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS;
- Experience designing technical specification documents for RPA Projects;
- Experience developing and consuming APIs;
- Experience in programming including scripting /coding, SQL and relational databases, and application development;
- Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes; and
- Experience working in and leading Agile teams.
Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
