065070 – Manager (Business Intelligence 030)

Duties:  Define the architecture, design solutions, & develop test & implementation of Business Intelligence & software applications; manage projects using project management tools to track project progress and schedule adherence; allocate project team members on project tasks, develop schedules and assign individual responsibilities; create project status report and share with client on regular basis, manage customer communication, expectations, escalations satisfaction, and demand; review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, and to mitigate risks; monitor and control delivery of Service Level Agreements and Key Measures for support of a portfolio of customer applications across various customer business lines; establish daily, weekly and monthly governance structure with team members and customers and ensure that periodic service/project reviews are conducted and critical issues are reported and addressed; identify and manage risks; identify mitigation plans; manage SLA’s for managed services engagements; and provide recommendations for performance tuning of Data warehouse/ Database to optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements: Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, and three years of work experience in job offered or three years of work experience in a related occupation. Experience must include one year of experience with each of the following:

  1. Project Management, project methodologies, solution design, solution architecture, implementation and strategy;
  2. Analytics, Data Profiling and Data Modeling;
  3. Informatica Intelligent Cloud Service- Integration HUB (CIH);
  4. Informatica Intelligent Cloud Application Integration;
  5. Informatica Cloud Data Integration;
  6. Informatica Cloud Administrator;
  7. Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Power Exchange (10.x);
  8. Informatica PowerCenter/Powerexchange Administrator;
  9. MS SQL Server, Oracle, Azure Database, and Azure Cloud Services; and
  10. SQL, PL/SQL, Window Batch Scripting, and Erwin Data Modelling.

Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
