Capgemini is hiring an experienced oil-gas-chemical process and data expert to become a member of our Intelligent Operations team.

Intelligent Operations is defined by Capgemini as an approach to transform the operations of our customers using new digital capabilities, innovative technology and strategic partnerships to maximize employee engagement, manage risk and optimize production.

We are looking for a hands-on person to assist clients in their digital journey to improve plant operations and key performance metrics using IT systems and digital tools in parallel with agile principles. As part of the digital transformation team this individual will play a key role ensuring that the connected enterprise provides real-time manufacturing insights to improve OEE performance while reducing preventable downtime with EAM, CMMS and Quality systems.

Requirements:

· Process manufacturing SME with a minimum 7+ years of experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemicals

· Strong experience with Asset Management software and its associated implementation such as Hexagon, Aveva and Maximo (Hexagon Preferred)

· Familiarity with Asset Management data structures (CFIHOS) and ISA-95 in the process manufacturing industry

· Experiences with agile methodology to develop and deploy IT production systems seamlessly with instrumentation, DCS, and mobility tools.

· Well versed with algorithms and heuristic rule logic to calculate optimal plans with respect to unplanned downtime, process bottlenecks and resource constraints.

· Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives using data analytics to anticipate and avoid machine breakdowns

· Design or practical experience with wiring, Instrumentation and P&ID drawings

Skills good to have:

· Experience with Manufacturing Engineering Systems (MES) implementation in the process manufacturing industry

· Project management leadership skills converting critical path plans and work breakdown structures into details plans, activities, deliverables, timelines, and milestone gates.

· Experience in gathering business requirements to create use cases, converting use cases into the features, functions, and specifications needed for agile sprint builds and testing.

· Sales or Commercial experience

 

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

The capability to generate new business from new offers or new logos.

Leads the deal process through development of Sales strategy, solution proposal, and deal closing for large opportunities. Manages identification and generation of Sales opportunities and the cultivation of pipeline growth. Effectively exceeds network and contacts to build and maintain an attitude of vigilance for opportunities. Identifies and escalates market trends to appropriate clients and Capgemini leaders.
