Capgemini is looking for a Senior Java developer in Chicago region.

• Good communication and presentation skills 
• Strong experience on designing java EE applications – high level design architecture for application
• Strong knowledge on Java PDF library, Apache XmpBox, Pdf box, Graphics2d, Apache batiK. 
• Good knowledge on SVG Libraries, Java Color Libraries, Java AWT API
• Knowledge on Messaging APIs and servers – ActiveMQ, JMS.
• Hands-on experience in Java microservices/rest services with Spring boot framework.
• Core Java development and hands on coding.
• Java architecture and technologies. 
• Ability to absorb and incorporate new technologies/frameworks quickly. 
• Experience on cloud architecture and technologies. 
• Excellent working experience in Oracle / SQL Server. 
• ORM specifications – Spring Data, JPA, Hibernate.
• Implementing secure web services. 
• Agile development and Version control tools like SVN, GIT for deployments. 
• DevOps deployment tools. 
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
