Client Engagement Manager / Service Delivery Manager
The Client Engagement Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations and consulting with the client on new opportunities to expand business processing and leverage data. We are seeking a results-driven professional with the maturity and communication skills to manage commercial data warehousing and business insights reporting.

• Establish and govern operational processes and procedures to meet contractual commitments
• Manage the client relationship related to operational performance, issue management and requests for new work
• Manage a global team to perform data analysis, data aggregation, and reporting services
• Provide service delivery to clients against key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Adhere to an operational schedule
• Manage to a budget and make necessary adjustments to meet or exceed contribution margin target
• Manage client expectations and escalate/resolve issues as appropriate
• Develop and execute on a Communication Plan that includes status reporting and internal/client review sessions
• Manage the overall and day-to-day business and technical components of client projects to ensure quality work products, solutions, and deliverables
• Monitor and direct others to act in accordance with company initiatives, processes and methodology

 

Required Experience:
• Experience managing an operations organization to key performance indicators
• Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences experience skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Consulting skills are preferred
• Experience managing a global team and teams on-shore and off-shore
• Experience managing client relationships and negotiating positive outcomes

 

Preferred Experience:
• Certifications: PMP, Six Sigma, ITIL
• Experience managing data, especially in the specialty pharmaceutical drug industry
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud operations and data technologies

 

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
