057252-Business Analyst

This role is for the Offer Creation Engine (OCE) team on the MCD account. OCE a CRM product used to create all offers and campaigns for customers to redeem on their mobile app. The OCE team works directly with the client and 3rd party vendor to ensure the product runs smoothly and is continuously improving with new features to better serve the client and its customers. The team works with several cross functional teams such as Adobe Campaign, Session M, and Offers Capabilities to develop, design, test and implement initiatives to build the best possible Offer experience.

As a Business Analyst, you will be supporting the team by being responsible for and assisting with the following:

Training & Demos
•Maintain product user guide
•Provide trainings to market and testing teams
•Provide demos to market post deployment of any new features or bug fixes that were implemented 

Release Management
•Manage all deployments that consist of new features and bug fixes
•Coordinate with testing team and market when we can deploy based on other ongoing testing initiatives, market priority, status of when other teams can/are deploying
•Coordinate with vendor what will be deployed and when
•Own CAB process to obtain deployment approvals
•Perform smoke test post deployment
•Maintain release notes to track all items that are included in each deployment version

•Participate in grooming/solutioning calls for new features and initiatives
•Track progress of all initiatives involving OCE team
•Create Epic tickets for development team to know what will need to be built

Testing/Defect Triage
•Assist in Defect triage
•Take initiative in setting up triage meetings with all impacted teams
•Assist testers with testing by providing demo to the team of how new features/bug fixes work, and help with creating any new offers/campaigns that will be used for testing 

Environment Management
•Manage and document all environment data and configurations 
•Manage new environment requests and decommissioning old environments
•Document all past changes to environments and all defects with root cause

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Business Analysts enable the transformation and performance improvement of an enterprise or its parts, with respect to people, process and technology, by providing relevant capabilities, assets (human and non-human), processes and tools. Business Analysts structure, analyze and visualize an enterprise’s current state.  They design and visualize the future state. They also design and guide the change process from current to future state. Developing sector knowledge is extremely important for all Business Analysts. Functional analysts can specialize in Business, ERP, Application Management or Custom Software Development (CSD).



Required Skills and Experience:
You are a self-reliant analyst who has mastered at least one methodology.  You are developing your knowledge in a business and/or industry domain and an ERP solution or a technical tool / programming language. Possible positions could include being a Business Process Consultant describing processes, Requirements Analyst describing business / functional requirements or Package configuration.



• Qualification: 3-7 years (2 years min relevant experience in the role) experience, Bachelor’s Degree.
• Certification: If possible seeking BA level 1.
• Should have progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Business Change Management, Functional Architecture Design & Project Financials, KPI´s & Reporting
• Should have baseline skills in Software Engineering, Architecture Knowledge & Testing.
