This role will align to the Center of Excellence Lead in the Talent Acquisition team . The Project Manager will oversee projects from inception to design and culminate in roll out and tracking of the project success. Projects will be chosen from the programs that are overseen by the Center of Excellence, which include marketing, diversity & inclusion, learning & development, reporting, tools and technologies. This role will have visibility to leadership and interaction with the recruiting team. It is important to understand there will be a balance of projects assigned and an opportunity to be proactive to suggest initiatives. This role will require a creative mindset with the ability to analyze data and problem solve. Collaboration among the members of the COE is essential for success.
Candidates for our Project Manager position should possess:
•A Bachelor's degree
•A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
•Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (specifically excel, Powerpoint and Teams)
•Proficient in Sharepoint
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
