Requirements:

In addition to having a successful track record within a Procurement practice of an established management consulting firm, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Broad understanding of the current industry dynamics and trends within Procurement specifically and Supply Chain more broadly
  • Experience  within the following capability areas:
  • Procurement Strategy
  • Procurement Org and Operating Model
  • Strategic Sourcing and Category Management
  • Process Improvement
  • Spend Analysis
  • Package Selection
  • Broader experience in other Supply Chain disciplines such as:  Supply Chain Planning, Logistics and Distribution, Manufacturing, Analytics
  • Strong executive presence with good relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrable experience of mentoring and coaching individuals to high performance

– Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills

– Ability to articulate and present different points of view to different audiences

– Ability to work with both the business users and IT project team members

– Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities

– Time management skills are a must, along with the ability to be flexible

 

 

 

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
