Job Title: Factory Service Desk Engineer
Location: Ridgeville, SC We are looking for someone who can commute to this locaiton and work on site.
This role is to onboard a factory service desk. . Will be resonible for opening IT tickets and resolving issue related to factory/manufacturing.
What You Bring:
Knowledge on hardware troubleshooting, basic troubleshooting of Server Operating systems for Open VMS / Linux / Windows servers
Database: Knowledge on troubleshooting of Oracle / Oracle RDB database environments
DC Facilities : Knowledge on managing server room components like Power, UPS and monitoring the environment
AD: Knowledge on – Active directory, Proxy, DNS, Group Policy.
Network: Basic knowledge on – LAN setup, Wireless AP.
Desktop, Laptop, Handheld devices: Hands on experience in OS deployment / provisioning, common application installation and troubleshooting, Hardware knowledge, Smart Phones, Tablets, Thin Clients, beamers, Analogue / Digital Phone sets, PDAs, Scanners.
Printers: Hands on experience in managing printers (Local & Network printers).
Tools: Hand on experience on ITSM tools like Service Now.
ITIL: Knowledge of ITIL processes and procedures.
Technical: Basic knowledge of client server applications, message queues, XML, will be an added advantage.

Automotive industry experience
Experience working in automotive manufacturing industry and a multi-national company
Experience with at least one programming language
