050144-SAP Central Finance Senior Manager

Lead or work on customer engagement in the assessment, implementation, customization, and support of their SAP Central Finance and related modules. This role requires deep consulting skills, leadership, business acumen, strong ERP knowledge and SAP solution expertise to drive a successful implementation. Additionally, the role involves hands-on implementation, testing, and prototyping of the newest SAP Central Finance and SAP S/4HANA Finance modules.

 

Duties include:

• Deep product expertise/business experience in SAP Central Finance and S/4HANA with specific focus on SAP Finance/Controlling/Accounting; strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance

• Knowledge of upcoming changes in SAP FICO with SAP S/4HANA

• Ability to conduct complex and interactive solutioning workshops

• Utilize technical and industry knowledge to identify complex client issues and build long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement delivery

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Experience in at least one full implementation/migration project in SAP Central Finance a must

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA Finance a must

• Functional/technical proficiency in SAP applications related work, including at least three full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations and solid industry and/or consulting experience

• Strong hands on experience in and knowledge of design, configuration and testing of core Financial Accounting (FI) and Managerial Accounting (CO)

• Strong experience in and knowledge of key integration points with SAP FICO and other SAP modules, including COPA, ML, New GL, SD, MM, PP, PM, PS and T&E

• SAP FICO, Reporting, and Allocations experience a plus

• Proven experience in configuring, testing, and supporting SAP Finance solutions

• Must have implementation experience with configuring document splitting for full balance sheet reporting by different lines of businesses within a company code

• Strong experience and knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Product Costing/Actual Costing/Material Ledger, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center also important

• Experience with SAP Activate Methodology, and ABAP development/debugging a plus

• Must have an Accounting background

• Strong configuration and design skills required

• Excellent presentation skills

• Articulate with impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong & discerning listener

• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

 

 

 

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Applications Consultants have expertise in a specific technology environment.  They are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of client-specific package based solutions (e.g. SAP, ORACLE).  These roles also require functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.

You have a leading role in projects with strong client exposure. You are responsible for functional and technical guidance over the whole project or application lifecycle and you act as a client-facing lead developer. You drive sales opportunities within your area of responsibility. You know future developments in several applications and/or technologies and you are seen as subject matter expert within your unit and beyond. 

 

• Qualification: 12+ years experience, Bachelor’s Degree.

• Certification: Should have SE level 2 and seeking level 3.

• Should be master in Package Configuration.

• Must have experience in Architecture Knowledge, Testing and Vendor Management.

• Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge & Technical Solution Design.
