Looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer with DevOps experience to work within Unified Digital Transformation (UDT) team
Role Responsibilities
develop leading edge solutions, with mature DevOps adoption
build, configure and support enterprise DevOps pipelines
work with internal teams and 3rd party vendors to provide secure, reliable and scalable solutions.
automate testing and deployment of software by creating and maintaining Continuous Integration/ Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using standard industry tooling.
develop API based interfaces or Web-services
building for low latency and services with best practices for security using standard guidelines
develop code � translate the wireframes, mockups, and architecture blueprints into software products
support quality assurance � perform user acceptance testing to ensure that software products meet customer needs; write unit, regression, and integration tests to help ensure code quality; remediate any defects found
support the continuous delivery process throughout the software development cycle where the latest version of the code is always accessible in the development environment; periodically migrate code to stage and production environments per release schedule
provide ongoing support and improvement based on user feedback: support the current production code as needed to fix bugs, correct performance issues, address outages etc.

develop code using the Agile process to meet those requirements
work with Product Owner for the technical details required to enable user story logged in Rally

participation in retrospectives following each release
SLA-1: deliver 3 High Touch code releases per quarter on the M&A Hub development roadmap
SLA-2: Work on At least 5 story points per week per developer
SLA-3: Unit test development
SLA-4: Code Reviews 
SLA-5: Zero S1 defects released into production
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of professional experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in Agile, SCRUM, DevOps
Technical expertise in the following tools: GitHub, Jenkins, Zuul, Artifactory, Ansible, Selenium, Postman, Maven, Sonarqube
Experience with building high performing web based applications
Familiarity with back-end programming language
{e.g., Java, PHP, Python, Ruby, Node.js or JavaScript}and technology frameworks–both front-end and back-end,
{e.g., React, Vue, Laravel or Flask}Experience defining Continuous Process Improvement and acting as a Change Agent within organization
Good understanding of build management and release processes
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Working experience in building applications using microservices architecture and ability to work with Cloud hosting platforms such as Openstack, AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.
Proficiency with modern software development practices including trunk based development, test-driven development and software test automation
Ability to work with multiple global teams and thrive in diverse settings
Experience in Merger and Acquisitions of enterprise IT applications

Responsible for programming and software development using various programming languages and related tools and frameworks, reviewing code written by other programmers, requirement gathering, bug fixing, testing, documenting and implementing software systems.  Experienced programmers are also responsible for interpreting architecture and design, code reviews, mentoring, guiding and monitoring programmers, ensuring adherence to programming and documentation policies, software development, testing and release.



Required Skills and Experience:



Write software programs using specific programming languages/platforms such as Java or MS .NET, and related tools, platform and environment. Write, update, and maintain computer programs or software packages to handle specific jobs, such as tracking inventory, storing or retrieving data, or controlling other equipment. Consult with managerial, engineering, and technical personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, and suggest changes. Perform or direct revision, repair, or expansion of existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements. Write, analyze, review, and rewrite programs, using workflow chart and diagram, and applying knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, and symbolic logic. Write or contribute to instructions or manuals to guide end users. Correct errors by making appropriate changes and then rechecking the program to ensure that the desired results are produced. Conduct trial runs of programs and software applications to be sure they will produce the desired information and that the instructions are correct. Compile and write documentation of program development and subsequent revisions, inserting comments in the coded instructions so others can understand the program. Investigate whether networks, workstations, the central processing unit of the system, and/or peripheral equipment are responding to a program’s instructions. Prepare detailed workflow charts and diagrams that describe input, output, and logical operation, and convert them into a series of instructions coded in a computer language. Perform systems analysis and programming tasks to maintain and control the use of computer systems software as a systems programmer. Consult with and assist computer operators or system analysts to define and resolve problems in running computer programs. Perform unit testing Assist in system and user testing Fix errors and bugs that are identified in the course of testing.



� Qualifications:  3-7 years (2 years min relevant experience in the role) experience; Bachelor�s degree

� Should be proficient in Software Engineering Techniques, Software Engineering Architecture, Software Engineering Lifecycle and Data Management.
� Should have progressing skills on Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Software Engineering Leadership, Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design.
