049161-NA Risk Head Operations Lead

Job Description The NA Risk Operations Lead will be responsible for some of the day to day operations of the NA Risk team. Candidates will also be working with pursuit teams to shape large/ complex deals in preparation for the Deal Review process, collaborating with NA and SBU leadership, Delivery, Legal, Finance and Security to understand the deal profile and implement improvements to confirm the deal is understood and risks are mitigated.
1.Additional senior oversight for NA BU BRM will allow BRM to meet the existing demand, as well as provide additional support for day to day operations and deliver additional value to the business.  The volume of deal reviews and growing complexity of our deals in NA, exceeds the capacity of a single FTE.2.The additional seniority on the NA BRM team will provide more coaching for our large/ complex deals with a focus on winning deals, growth, and applying best practices/ lessons learned from previous deals on the new deals being reviewed.  Examples include:a.Understand the client issues and needs and ensuring the solution aligns to meet those needsb.Position the deal with an understanding of the competitive landscape and timing of the sales process (first round, BAFO, etc.)c.Become an extended part of the team during solutioning, assisting the team to ensure deliverability as well as a strong competitive positiond.Provide pursuit teams with assistance on delivery, finance and commercial mitigations that are competitive positionse.Identify operational mitigations for new MSAs with onerous legal terms3.Conduct quarterly touchpoints with MU Heads to ensure BRM aligns the focus with business goals and issues and incorporate these topics into pre-sales activities4.Work with Finance on credit checks for large new logos and use intelligence gathered to coach teams with necessary commercial positions5.Collaborate with Delivery to implement Agile best practices; delivery lessons learned from projects in the field6.Further refine Sales to delivery handover to ensure salient deal summaries and key actions are shared with key stakeholders (RapidStart, M-Review team, EM team)7.Partner with Sales to implement lessons learned from Win/ Loss reviews so this intelligence is leveraged for new deals8.Implement a new process, T-7 alignment review call to improve collaboration from key NA and SBU leadership to provide both visibility to the key issues of a large/ complex deal and identify any mobilization from leadership to assist teams to solve the issues in advance of the deal review event.  This will allow for improved execution of our larger deal reviews and avoid late surprises.
