046535-Mobile Business Analyst

Capgemini is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with experience in managing Mobile application development projects. Ideal candidate should have successful software development experiences with effective collaboration, facilitation and leadership skills.
Responsibilities: � Understand the nuances of how agile development sprints work, or how to manage mobile development teams across multiple locations.� Work with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements and business objectives.� Develop estimates, schedules for projects; including resource allocation, timelines and budget management.� Own development and delivery of the following work products: project scope definition, project plans, status reporting, overall project communication, resource allocation and budget.� Cultivate relationships with domain experts spanning multiple functions and technology platforms.� Conduct status meetings; develop status reports; track issues to resolution and assist with change control activities.� Maintain current understanding and knowledge of project management, business relationship management, and development of best practices.� Serve as a thought leader to the business and provide a consultative approach to the execution of initiatives.� Work closely with development teams to ensure comprehensive requirements are delivered upon.
Requirements:
� Good knowledge of software development lifecycle management processes and procedures� Basic fundamental knowledge of iterative development� Understand backlog / release plan tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition� Familiarity with common Agile practices, mobile application development, and engineering practices� Must be able to effectively communicate effectively, orally and written, with upper management, stakeholders and other external dependencies� Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise wide, resource intensive and highly complex initiatives.� Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively facilitate meetings.� Demonstrated analytical and creative problem solving skills.� History of leading project teams, delegating work, holding team members accountable, and proactively overcoming obstacles.� Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders for a positive outcome.� Track record of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines.
Education & Business Experience
� Undergraduate degree required� At least 7 years total project management / BA experience � 2 – 4 years� experience project managing application for large scale businesses� Proven Agile experience a must

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment. Applicants for employment in the US must have valid work authorization that does not now and/or will not in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the US by Capgemini. 

Qualifications:

 

� 6 �  8 (2 years min relevant experience in the role), Bachelor�s Degree.

� Must have experience in Software Engineering Techniques, Software Engineering Architecture, Software Engineering Lifecycle and Data Management.
� Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Software Engineering Leadership, Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design.
