1. Leads Demand COE to drive excellence through transformation of people, process, and technology
2. Laser focus on managing teams, removing barriers, and fulfilling sold demand
3. Accountable to follow published RSC process and procedures
4. Provide day to day mentorship to grow and enrich team leader skills and knowledge to close demand 
5. Accountable for the Demand/Supply quality and accuracy
6. Point of escalation in the event of demand/supply issues
7. Collaborate  with Demand leaders/Partners and Practice Leadership to find staffing solutions in the shortest period of time
8. Communicate with Account Leadership the overall snapshot of demand status
9. Attend MU Deal Reviews, coordinate and secure sign off on a realistic staffing plan by the Practice in support of the Deal
10. Provide senior level support to get prioritized demand closed as fast as possible




Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

–  Experience translating business strategies into accountable priorities for the team
–  Demonstrated successful managing of individuals or team to achieve goals while maintaining individual or team satisfaction
–  Demonstrated experience counseling or mentoring individuals to enable them to meet personal goals while simultaneously meeting organizational needs
–  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
–  Proven experience successfully defining and leading at least one large complex project to achieve functional area goals
