� Evolve into the role of subject matter expert of McDonald�s POS (NP6l) platform.� Provide support for Technical Seed Stores Facilitates “hands-on” solution installation, testing and lab setup including working with global teams to assist in testing and configuration efforts� Creates and/or reviews manuals, how-to procedures and related user documentation.  Ensures documentation is targeted to the appropriate audience� Work with other TSS  resources to create solutions to evolve the current processes.Respond to customer calls in accordance with an established Service Level Agreement (SLA)Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair units at the customer siteIdentify, analyze, and repair product failuresProvide on�call emergency service when neededProvide general customer service on the phone and in personCommunicate effectively with customers by notifying the customer of billable status before affecting the repair, maintaining communication with the customer until the incident is satisfactorily addressed, and contacting the customer within one hour of receipt of the service callMaintain a high customer service ratingManage company inventory of parts required to maintain customer equipmentMaintain an appropriate parts inventory by tracking usage, and ordering additional parts as neededProtect service inventory by adhering to ESD protection and on-site guidelinesReturn defective parts for repair on a daily basisProvide timely and accurate failure analysis data; close call before leaving site with model/serial and part informationMaintain records of service calls, training, and expensesPrepare weekly reports for distribution to supervisors and manager� 2+ years professional work experience� 1+ years experience designing, coding, and/or deploying Windows-based software � Knowledge and comfort with Windows Operations systems including Windows Server (2003-1012), Windows OS (XP, Windows 7 and Windows 8)� Understanding of software installation processes on Windows Operation Systems� Experience with POS Systems, .NET, Java, C# and other related technologies highly desirable.� Scripting, XML, SQL, Perl experience, general programming� General understanding of data flows� Excellent troubleshooting ability� Practical networking experience.� Experience with Microsoft Office suite
� Customer service focus� Passion for the creation of new solutions to satisfy business challenges� Familiarity of remote operating system deployments to a geographically distributed client base� Strong written and oral communication skills. A desire to discuss and debate technology solutions� Have experience working as a critical resource on project teams� Ability to assemble and clearly present technical information to non-technical people � Ability to work in a fast-paced, often changing, sometimes ambiguous environment� Detail-oriented� Good organization skills; balance multiple priorities successfully� Understanding of business risk & financial impact of technical decisions� Client’s business experience/restaurant experience preferred

Required Skills and Experience:
You are a self-reliant analyst who has mastered at least one methodology.  You are developing your knowledge in a business and/or industry domain and an ERP solution or a technical tool / programming language. Possible positions could include being a Business Process Consultant describing processes, Requirements Analyst describing business / functional requirements or Package configuration.



� Qualification: 2-5 years (1 year min relevant experience in the role) experience, Bachelor�s Degree.

� Certification: If possible seeking BA level 1.
� Should have progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Business Change Management, Functional Architecture Design & Project Financials, KPI�s & Reporting
� Should have baseline skills in Software Engineering, Architecture Knowledge & Testing.
