Designing the data model
Design the ETL, dashboard and reports
Support existing ETL daily loads using Informatica,
Support existing Reports developed in Microsoft Power BI
Coordinating with customer to clarify any questions
Working with different team to run the all the
Coordinating with offshore team on day today basis
Addressing the technical Issues faced by the team
Managing the team�s task activities, leave plan, etc.
Providing the status update to the senior management and
Prioritize BI releases
Create and maintain standard operating procedure for all
Prioritize and allocate work to offshore team.
Identify and remove project obstacle to deliver on time
Identify new opportunities
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment. Applicants for employment in the US must have valid work authorization that does not now and/or will not in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the US by Capgemini.
� Total about 4-6 years experience
� Writing SQL queries
� Experience creating Power BI dashboards
� Experience creating dashboards any reporting tool
� Experience with data Analysis
� Data Analytics background (in SQL)
� ETL experience preferred
� Prior knowledge and the ability to connect Hyperion to Power BI and make data transformations within Power BI.
� Extensive knowledge creating reports and transformations within Power BI
� Working with customers to understand their business needs and translate them into written requirements which can be understood by technical and non-technical audiences.
� Building compelling, interactive and actionable reporting on top of structured data models
� Designing, developing, and deploying BI solutions using Microsoft BI technologies including SQL Server, Power BI, Excel, SSIS, SSRS, & SSAS is preferred
� Supporting the full BI lifecycle from requirements analysis, through design & development and on into release and support/maintenance phases
