Responsible for some programming, software development using various programming languages and designing the use of related tools and frameworks for the development and implementation of DevOps pipelines and frameworks. This individual will review code written by other programmers, do requirement gathering, bug fixing, testing, documenting and implementing software systems. This role is responsible to assign, coordinate, and review work and activities of programming personnel, collaborate with computer manufacturers and other users to develop new programming methods and automation, as well as to supervise/train and mentor junior level programmers in automation and program coding. A core responsibility is also to represent team(s) in project meetings, as well as to work with business and functional analysts and software & solution architects in ensuring that programs and systems function as intended. This may include duties to supervise, mentor and manage large teams of programmers and other DevOps personnel in one or more projects.
Experienced DevOps Developer to perform development and operations on our Cloud applications. We want someone who is passionate about using best practices on e-commerce platform log data to revolutionize the efficiency and effectiveness. This individual must truly understand infrastructure as code, and have extensive experience with tooling, enabling pipelines, and integrating teams to break down silos. This individual will be extensively hands on, but also have the ability to create architecture documents in standard Microsoft software products for presentations.
? Pipeline build as well as usage experience
? Experience with at least two orchestrators (Jenkins, Hudson, Team City)
? Extensive experience with Configuration Management systems as well as extensive experience in cloud automation (Chef, Puppet, Ansible, salt)
? Experience with Automation systems for end to end orchestration of infrastructure as code (Terraform, Cloud Bolt, Cloud Formation)
? Experience with Source Control at a level higher than just a user (Git, SVN, branching and merging)
? Ability to articulate the differences between waterfall and agile methodologies
? Centralized Monitoring and performance tuning experience
? Managing capacity and performance to help scale the infrastructure both on public and private clouds
? Utilizing your strong scripting or programming (Python, Ruby or similar) and strong Linux skills
? Design, build and operate a subset of our technologies stack: AWS and AWS related DevOps (on VPC, Microservices, Security Group, VPN, ELB, NAT, Monitoring tools etc.), Monitors for open source tools Redis, Casandra, RabbitMQ, ELK stack, New Relic, Jenkins/Nexus reliability, automation, operability and performance
? Develop software solutions to enable operability of large scale distributed systems handling petabytes of log data for analysis

� Certification: Has or seeking IAF level 1.
� Should be proficient in foundation, People Leadership, client acquisition & development, service & delivery and business leadership.
� Should be experienced in technology awareness & leveraging and innovation & growth capability.
