Capgemini America, Inc. has multiple openings for the position of Managing Consultant – Digital Advisory Services based out of its Chicago, IL U.S. headquarters. The employee may also work at various unanticipated locations. S/he will perform the following duties: deliver digital strategy programs and services to clients across various industries; facilitate workshops with external clients, driving to a delivery plan; engage with leaders at all levels, including the C-suite; engage with client ensuring alignment with project plan and delivery progress, including managing the project to budget; identify retention risks and escalate them appropriately to aid
retention; lead internal teams in the completion of proposals for clients and prospects; train colleagues on Capgemini services, including customer journey mapping, observational research (introduction and level 2), introduction to Power Point for management consulting, digital transformation, PUMA (storyboarding), and presentation coaching; lead business development efforts, including proposals, and lead teams that work on proposals; present proposals for C-suite executives; participate in growing Capgemini Consulting by supporting recruitment, training and community-building; and contribute to the development of innovative assets, including differentiated points of view and methodologies.
This position requires a bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or closely related field plus at least 5 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or as a Consultant within the Digital telecom industry. In the alternative, the employer will accept a master’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or closely related field, plus 3 years of work experience in the job offered or as a Consultant within the Digital telecom industry. Employer deems that any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. The applicant must also have: any period of professional experience with designing digital strategies and transformation programs for clients within multiple industries, such as Financial Services, High Tech., or Digital Telecom sectors; any period of professional experience with developing digital strategy, enterprise sales and marketing strategy; any period of professional experience with business model reinvention or operating model design; any period of professional experience with product and service innovation; and any period of professional experience with leading and guiding junior consultants and client resources.
