040820-Programmer/Developer Lead – Azure Analysis Services-AAS Developer

Primary Job duties include but are not limited to:
 
•Hadoop cluster capacity planning
•Apache Atlas configurations, security, Talend and Ranger integration
•Azure Analysis Services Tabular Model requirement gathering, design and implementation
•Power BI report for production AAS instance monitoring
•Azure Machine Learning Experiment with R model
•Azure SQL DB stored procedures and views etc.
 
Minimum Qualification:
 
6+ years of experience with 
SSAS and Azure analysis services – ability to talk about plusses and minuses of both
Tabular model design for DQ and cache modes
Partition replace (swap) skill – design skills to refresh less then 10% of the cached data on each execution
Large data volume 100+ gig cash model experience
Ability to tune cache refresh and access path optimization
Knowledge on security access control – RBAC via AAD groups
High read access availability during partition refresh 
Good communication skills with business
 
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
