Murat Aksu is an Executive Vice-President and Head of North America Channels and Partners team within Capgemini. He is responsible for the overall management of more than 40+ partners in North America. Prior to this current role, Murat was responsible for relationship and activities of the Capgemini Group with IBM – one of Capgemini’s 6 strategic partners. Previously, he was responsible for leading Capgemini’s global HP alliance in 2012 where he co-authored the annual publication of the World Quality Report and served as a subject matter expert for the Application Landscape Report, both published jointly by Capgemini and HP. He also drove account alignment, solution development, and field enablement in North America and Europe focusing on testing and application transformation offerings. Prior to joining the Global Channels and Partners, Murat was the Practice Head of Testing for Capital Markets in Capgemini’s Global Financial Services Global Business Unit.
He is certified and well versed in CMM, Green Belt 6 Sigma, Design for 6 Sigma, Establishing Measurements Programs and ITIL. Murat is experienced in establishing QA measurement programs in the Financial Services Industry with an emphasis on Quality Assurance metrics. He has 20 years of total QA experience and prior to joining Capgemini, Murat held various leadership positions at Mercury Interactive/HP that included, professional services, systems engineering, product marketing and competitive intelligence.
His prior experience includes Manhattan Associates and Georgia Pacific where he established production level dashboards against DB2 database for Paper Division production management. Murat Aksu holds a BA in Business Administration and MS in Computer Information Systems.
