As Head of the North America Business Unit at Capgemini, I lead a team of 16,000 professionals in the U.S., Canada and India. We partner with our clients to deliver innovative business technology solutions that support the strategic growth of our client’s business.

I have a track record of developing high-performing teams and I’m known for my deep understanding of the fast-paced and often times, volatile North American market. The key to success is helping our clients build their infrastructure and implement innovative approaches through technologies like cloud, AI, and IOT in their industries to ensure they’re set up to weather the economic, political and competitive landscape both inside the North American market and globally.

I’ve had the pleasure of being a part of Capgemini for more than 14 years. Prior to leading the North American market, I served as Corporate Vice President in the Financial Services Global Practice where I lead our Insurance Business Unit. I built our global Insurance business, and aligned Capgemini’s strategy to the evolving needs of the Property and Casualty, Life, and Health Insurance sectors. My team was involved in a number of the industry’s most complex and successful transformations in the areas of policy administration/member services, product speed to market, claims transformation, and distribution strategy.
