The future of work is evolving, faster than ever before, right before our eyes. Across all sector and all over the world, organizations are exploring where we work, how we work, and even why we work the way that we do.
Many organizations have already announced that there is no way turning back to our previous ways of working. We are witnessing a tangible pivot, occurring on a global scale.

Deidre Paknad, Co-founder & CEO, WorkBoard
Deidre is a serial entrepreneur who has founded and led several companies, including WorkBoard. Her last company, PSS Systems, created a new market category and inspired deep customer loyalty from Global 1000 companies including ExxonMobil, Citigroup, Travelers, Novartis, Wells Fargo and others. It was acquired by IBM in late 2010; at IBM, Deidre ran the high-growth Information Lifecycle Governance (ILG) business, improving information economics for enterprise customers. She has 16 patents and has published dozens of articles.
Gabe Dalporto, CEO, Udacity
Gabe Dalporto is Chief Executive Officer at Udacity. Prior to joining Udacity he worked at LendingTree, where he held several leadership roles, including Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
During his time at LendingTree, he was instrumental in driving the company’s transition from a microcap, mortgage-focused marketplace to a multi-billion dollar, fully diversified financial services marketplace. During his tenure, LendingTree delivered a remarkable 6745% stock price appreciation, one of the highest of any publicly traded company. Dalporto joined the LendingTree Board in 2017 and continues to be an active board member there, and he is also a board member of Guitar Center.
Gabe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Florida and a Master’s degree in Nuclear Engineering from MIT.
