Internal Communications

The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Communications Manager is part of the Americas Internal Communications Team and works directly with the global and regional CSR teams to develop and execute the internal CSR communications strategy.

The Internal Communications Manager for the Canada BU will be responsible for understanding the go-forward Canada business strategy in order to craft and execute the relevant communications strategies, programs, and tactics to engage the Canadian employee population and optimize the employee experience.

Public Relations

The Public Relations team develops and implements a clear and effective media relations strategy across primarily the United States and Canada. As a member of this team, you will work with a team of communicators across all Americas markets and work closely with Group External Communications to support media outreach activities that increase brand visibility and thought leadership opportunities.

As a member of our NA portfolio marketing team, you will take a client-first, content-rich campaign approach to drive integrated positioning and demand generation initiatives that lead to pipeline growth and deal acceleration for an industry, partner, or horizontal capability within the Capgemini portfolio in North America.

As a marketing associate on the North America marketing & communications team, you will work alongside experienced Business Unit marketers to successfully plan, develop, launch, and measure marketing campaigns spanning all sectors, business lines, and alliance partners. You will gain experience across many areas of marketing like strategic planning, market analysis, target marketing, message and content development, promotional materials, digital marketing, client events and sponsorships, and measurement.
