What do you love about being a Senior Operations Delivery Manager?
I love being a Senior ODM because I enjoy jumping in and solving problems, identifying what is broken, and figuring out how to help provide more efficient solutions resulting in improved customer service.

Capgemini helps support a sense of purpose in my career as they allow me the flexibility to take my passion of solutioning problems and working with people by putting me in situations where I work directly with other teams and customers to improve operations. When I see how together we improved a situation for our customer – that makes me feel good about what we do as a team.

I love working with people across the world. I have learned so much about many of the talented people at Capgemini, their culture, and have been exposed to several mentors since working for Capgemini.
How does this all combine for you to have passion for what you do?
Passion and motivation, I have always had. Capgemini provides daily opportunities for me to take areas I’m passionate about and apply in my day to day as there is always something popping up that need improvement, opportunities to work with team members and the customer.
What was the most memorable moment in your Capgemini journey?
My most memorable moment was participating in the OWL program. I enjoyed meeting many people across Capgemini and learning from them as well as the wonderful training classes we were exposed to during this program.
