Working here has given me…
…an opportunity to work with our clients and their top management to solve challenges which are important to them. I find working with clients on digitalization and innovation topics especially interesting. Through our recent integration of design and innovation agencies, I now also get to work with exiting stuff like prototyping, design thinking and user experience design in a blend with our strong management consulting deliveries from Capgemini Consulting.
My life outside CC
To succeed at work, I think everyone needs to top up their energy levels outside the office. It is important to me to spend time with my wife Marianne, such as setting aside time to have dinner together on weekdays – not only in the weekends. Time spent with my good friends and going cross-country skiing are also important contributions to a good work-life balance. A cliché maybe, but still true: work is not a sprint, it’s a marathon.
What I like about CC…
I like the everyday challenge of staying updated and relevant. The Capgemini Consulting team is constantly being strengthened by clever and up-to-date colleagues who naturally require me and my colleagues to stay on our toes. This adds to my motivation of being updated on latest insights to provide the best advice to our clients. Take the areas of loyalty and payment schemes for example – these fields are in daily movement, making it important to pick up any latest trends and developments.
The CC culture is
Inspirational! A balanced mix of professionalism and a great social atmosphere makes it motivating not only to push the extra mile on projects but also to contribute to the social CC agenda, being everything from cross-country skiing practices to the annual summer parties. In truth, many of my closest friends are existing and previous colleagues. Capgemini Consulting employs great people!
