..freedom and support to develop my career and passions, an abundance of development opportunities. Working with key strategic issues for the management of several clients has challenged and taught me a lot and ensured varied and exiting workdays. However, the most important thing to me is the dedicated mentoring I have had from my first day, and still receive. Coaching my mentees have been invaluable to my development both personally and professionally.

My life outside Capgemini

..mostly revolves around my two young sons. Capgemini can be demanding, but is also flexible, which is important for me in bringing up my sons in the best possible way. What is left of my spare time is spent on training and friends.

Highlights of my career so far

The well-received delivery at the closing of a project is always an energy boost. Particularly when observing the client implementing the suggested actions and reaping the benefits. Additionally, giving key note speeches keeps me on my toes both in terms of presentation skills and staying in the forefront of my most favored topics.

Why I applied

I applied to Capgemini because I believe that the digital capabilities that have been the backbone of the Capgemini Group for more than 50 years, is and will be a crucial edge in advising our clients in their strategic challenges over the next decades.

The culture, I think, is best described as fast paced, proactive and fun with collaboration taking center stage in everything we do. Sparring with colleagues on project solutions, workshop facilitation or business development is always rewarding – as are the various client interactions.
