- How do you feel in the morning getting up and going to work at Capgemini

- What do you love about your job?
In my 15 years at Capgemini, I’ve had a chance to grow from being a Developer to Account Delivery Executive. It’s this opportunity to learn and grow while helping my team, clients, and many others, that I love most about my career and my job. I’m fascinated by the way we help our customers transform and the value we add in helping them become leaders in their business. I’m proud of being at Capgemini.
- How does Capgemini empower you to master your skills?
Capgemini has an ecosystem that helps employees enhance their skills, thanks to which I too have progressed in my career. Capgemini provides the freedom for continuous learning and is open to implementing those learnings. There is a Career Framework that guides us with competences required for current and future roles. I must mention that the Mentoring program from Senior Leaders has the highest impact on the growth of an employee.

- How does this all combine for you to have passion for what you do?
In my opinion, collaboration, communication, and technology, are the three strong pillars of success. With excellent collaboration and efficient communication among teams at various locations, we are able to leverage technology to expedite our client’s transformation journey. I am passionate about these achievements throughout these past years.
- What was your most memorable moment in your Capgemini journey?
Moments where I am able to guide new talent on their career growth, or attend a session on latest technology trends or have a happy customer, I truly feel sense of completion, satisfaction, and sometimes even perfection!
- What are you an Ace at?
Keeping in touch with technology, staying updated on latest and greatest of industry, and helping people achieve their goals/aspirations is what I love, live for and passionately ace with pride.
