Hyper-connected customers are driving the development of the open digital economy. Banks have a fundamentally different role to play in this new world where ownership becomes sharing, product is experience, data the asset and we partner rather than build or buy. Those that adapt successfully to this new open architecture will look beyond regulation, beyond product silos, beyond segments, even beyond banking, to build new value propositions underpinned by data, trust and identity. How can banks make this leap successfully? How do they fend off competition from technology giants and other challengers, and develop their partner ecosystems?

This session will explore how leading established banks, challengers and FinTechs are redrawing the boundaries of banking and how they can position themselves for success in an age of open everything.

When: Monday, September 23, 2019 from 15:55 to 16:15
