Capgemini Government Solutions awarded Eagle II  Functional Category 3 – Independent Test, Validation, Verification, and Evaluation within the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions II (EAGLE II) contract vehicle.

The Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading-Edge Solutions (EAGLE) is a multiple-award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle. It’s specifically designed as the preferred source of information technology (IT) services for the majority of the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS’) enterprise initiatives. EAGLE is designed to offer a broad range of services, solutions and contract types to fulfill the majority of component and departmental IT services needs.

Capgemini Government Solutions LLC

Capgemini Government Solutions LLC, a member of the Capgemini global family of companies (Capgemini), will compete for task orders to provide independent test, validation, verification and evaluation solutions to validate that all IT products and services meet DHS standards.

We also compete to provide best practices, technologies, tools, and support for quality and operational assessments, integration testing and system test and evaluation – including security certification and accreditation – for IT systems. Other services may include the monitoring and evaluation of projects through activities such as assessments, process and procedure audits, project and performance management, and systems analysis and design.

For Independent Verification & Validation Services (IV&V), we aim to deliver enterprise value and return on investment. Our approach to IV&V delivery begins early in the lifecycle of the acquisition and remains throughout the lifecycle of the program. This promotes the following:
